We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in the United States. We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting your account on our website
- Contacting us at support@leefarus.com with your order number
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Lost packages: Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the ship date
- Damaged items: Email us within 48 hours with photos — we’ll ship a replacement right away
- Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Express options require a physical street address.
