30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible:

  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Opened products are eligible if less than 50% has been used
  • You must provide your order number and reason for return

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@leefarus.com with your order number
  2. Include the reason for your return request
  3. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the product back using the provided instructions

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund

Exchanges

Want a different product instead? We’re happy to process an exchange. Simply mention your preferred product in your return request email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost — no return needed.

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping
